Service Description

No Refunds. Package can't carry over extended time frame. (Ex: Package was book in July 2021. Package must be used consistently from July 2021 to January 2022 of the next following year). No missed months are allowed. In any instance you are unable to make an appointment, you are able to reschedule ONLY once each month within a 48 hr noticed. Please be mindful of reschedule appointments. If they're unavailable appointments for the month then, this would be considered a missed month and make-ups aren't allowed. In any case you are unable to make a reschedule appointment you will be charged a $25 non-refundable fee (w/noticed), charged $50 (NO SHOW) . No make-up missed appointments are allowed. Package can't be passed on to other individuals. Express Packages can't not be combined or received add-ons due to time. At any time if you would like to received a consultation and/or another service, you'll be charged separately for that service and be booked for a different time.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment a 48hr notice is required. For cancellations, 20% of the service booked will be charged to the card that is on filed. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. At any time after several failed attempts of processing payments, you will not be allowed to book any future appointments until past balance is paid. You only allowed to reschedule an appointment twice out of any given month. Any time there after your appointment will be cancel and you will be charged 20% of the service booked. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No call no show will be charged 50% of the service booked. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
